check the diaphragm in the carburetor making sure it isn't stiff. depending on how long it has sat, the carburetor may need a cleaning and kit then readjust it to get it to run. Mantis tillers are very temperamental and can be difficult to get to run again even for experienced technicians

Hi Typically, all lcd screens have a protective film coating that is scratched is not the matrix. If the scratches are not deep you can try them polished tool for polishing cd drive. If you scratch deeper and you will not be able to remove them yourself, contact a service center to replace the protective cover the screen it will cost a low price

If you took your phone in to verizon they would tell you you have to have it sent in for repairs as this is a very technical job. Since you used the word scratched and not cracked, you can try to buff the scratch out by purchasing some vehicle scratch remover and working it over the screen with a a cloth and then buffing it with a lint free one. The deeper the scratch the more work it will take, but it is pretty much sanding the screen on a fine level. And you will see results that surprise you. It may sound awkward but if you do not have a warranty that will cover it then you have nothing to lose but the scratch. Set the phone on a flat surface witch cloth beneath it to prevent scratching the back up, and remove the keypad and put on the plastic backing that covers the battery. You want to use a smooth cloth, not like a sock due to the ruffles in it. Take your time and this works for car stereo screens and even headlights if you have the elbow grease. If Verizon will not repair it have a go and if anything the scratch will definitely be alot smaller if it is a gash. 3M makes good rubbing compound so try them. Five bucks of a nice screen is worth it and purchase the screen protector as well for future technicalities. Good luck an Happy holidays.
is the actual screen inside scratched or is the outer phone housing screen cover scratched? There is a difference. The actual LCD screen is inside the phone housing and is protected by the phones housing. If the actual LCD screen somehow was scratched it can be replaced very easily and usually inexpensively. Try Ebay for the LCD. If the phones outer clear housing is scratched you can also replace the housing either by purchasing the same phone used and using its housing or some "dummy" phones can be used for there housings also. If the scratch is not really bad I have used rubbing compound to remove fine scratches, good luck!
assuming the very top cover on both units are scratched??? i have part numbers for you , but thinikin your gonna need to call cust service to order the parts, local part houses probably dont stock them(lg parts anyway).. washer part number( AGU30781501 $80US) dryer part number ( AGU30071202 $70 US)
Ok after a bit of research I understand that the Lg Prada phone uses a Capacitive touchscreen technology. Wiki this and you will find that the plastic strip attached to the underneath of the front cover of the phone (with its circuit ribbon that connects to the main circuit board of the phone) has a sticky substance holding it air tight to the underside of the front cover. This sticky substance is Indium Tin Oxide (ITO) and conducts a continuous electrical current accross to the sensor. So if you have bought a new cover from ebay etc like I have and replaced the new cover with the old scratched one, you need to get yourself some ITO sputtered onto the screen to make its capacitive touchscreen technology work again.... hope this is a more technical answer than some of the idiots that post unhelpful solutions to questions(solution 1!).
