How do I remove the front panel on a gigabyte case to install a new case fan

Look on the inside of the case behind the front panel to determine how the front panel is secured to the case.
Depending upon the type of case, remove the side panels or the desktop cover.
Front panels on desktop cases are secured to the case by either screws behind the front panel on the inside of the case, or by plastic locking tabs that needs pushing to unlock fron the case or if the front panel has an opening at the bottom then it may be held in place by friction lugs, in this case pull the bottom of the front panel and it will come away from the case.

I found this:

"Facing front of computer you need to remove the left side cover. cover release is on top of the computer in center of side panel. Press in on button and p[ull top of side cover away."

Don't know if it's useful. If not let me know and I'll keep looking.

How do I open my iCute 314 ATX case?

The iCute 314 is a very easy case to open.
First, I assume that you are trying to get into the side panel of the case.  Lay down some protective paper or bubblewrap (so you don't mess up such a nice case!).
Then lay the case over on its side, with the clear side facing up. On the underside, you will see 4 chromed thumbscrews.  Unscrew these, making sure not to lose them. Taking the side cover off is somewhat different from a lot of cases in that you slide it towards the *FRONT* of the case instead of backwards.
Closing up the case is just as simple as reversing the above steps. IMPORTANT NOTE:  For all repairs/mods, you should have the power disconnected before messing around with anything inside the case.
Note 2:  If you don't know what you are doing, don't mess around inside the case!  I have had more repairs not from computer part failure, but from people messing around inside the 'puter without knowing what they were doing.
I hope all of this helps.  You do have a nice case for your system!
