Printer is not communicating with fiery. Try power on and off or/and check cables, you may need to disconnect clean and reconnect. the cables are heavy and may need to be supported

Hi my prob 4050Ml printer printer showed massage open heat error cycle power.now this time what can i do?


There is a problem in the fuser unit. Turn the power switch. off wait for 1 minute or so then on again. if the problem persist you may need the help of a service technician. hope that helps

It shows an error massage "service error 5100"


1. Turn off printer
2. Hold down Resume button and press Power button.
3. Keep holding down Power button and let Resume button go.
4. Press Resume button 2 times then let BOTH buttons go.
5. Green lights will flash and then stop blinking.
6. When green lights are solid, press the Resume button 4 times.
7. Press the Power button and the printer should turn off, if not,
press the Power button once more.
8. Your printer should respond as normal..

On printer5610 i get 0xdo5d01d error power reset massage


Unlug the power cord from the back of printer but do not switch it off from the button, and when the power cord id unpluvged than press and hold the on button of the printer for 30 second, release the button after that connect the power cord and turn on the printer, if that doesnt resolve the issue than get the printer serviced from authrised service provider

Are you sure you have the correct size paper?
Also check and make sure the exit rollers are turning, if not then there is a broken gear in hte fuser
