I do apologize you are having an issue with your Nokia N70m, such a lovely device. I would try and pull the battery and simcard out for about 30-40 seconds. Make sure there's no physical nor water damage. Put all back together. Press and hold the power button for three seconds until it comes on. It if is still locked on the begining screen. You can try a master reset via # code. It'll just get your phone back to factory settings. For instance, the wall paper, ringtones, themese, etc...
You will press *#7370#, it'll ask for a pin code. Default is 12345. Or, if you set you own personal code. If this still doesn't work, contact your service provider in warranty exchange options or Nokia support (www.nokiausa.com/support) they have a 1-800 number to get the phone return and repair program.
