Tv will not turn on i push power on button and blue lights click on an tv acts like it will come on but then tv shuts off and no picture appears

The blue light merely indicates power is getting to the TV. When you press the power on button, the defective power supply shuts the TV down immediately

I HAve a Broken G Link for aRCA F32669 2002 32

I don't know if this is even still available at all--it was a system with lots of issues and was eventually dropped by Thompson (rca-ge-proscan).

Best suggestion would be to Google "replacement G link cable" etc with the model number of the set.

Standard TV-Auto shut down

TV's have a circuit that monitors the high voltage and shuts down the set if it senses something amiss.
Figure on replacing the flyback transformer.
However, my experiance is to not put money into a TV that is over ten years old. TVs stress out their electronic components worse than almost any other electronic product. After 10 years, there are so many parts that are ready to fail that your are probably wasting your money trying to get any more life out of it.
Another option is to wholesale replace the main board from an outfit like PTS Electronics at ptscorp.com.
Hope ya fix it!

That is typical with these units, The Horizontal output transistor and flyback go out in the RCA's 9 10ths of the time and causes this situation.

TV won' turn on

Solder, solder, solder! Shut down circuits protect crts to avoid permanent damage. If any of the deflection circuits are defective, or intermittent, shut down occurs. I have not only seen bad solder on deflection circuits, especially vertical, but also intermittent connections on the yokes themselves. I've also seen shorted convergence ics cause shut down. Don't forget solder connections in the power supply.
