Question about RIM BlackBerry? Curve 8330 Cellular Phone
Blackberry curve 8330 bought in september this year! placed password lock on phone.....tried to unlock it with the code and it said type blackberry and the whole phone shut down called sprint technical support and did what they said.....have disk for phone and the program says no devices the phone says JUN ERROR 513 RESET where's the reset button? I've bought the blackberry curve 8900 in september this year! I placed a password lock on phone and tried to unlock it with the code and it said type "blackberry" and the whole phone just shut down! I've tried the disk for the phone and the program says no devices the phone says JUN ERROR 513 RESET. does anyone know where's the reset button?
Which model are you wanting help with - You mention both the 8300 and 8900?
In any case - The 8300 doesn't have a reset button? On the 8900 it may be behind the battery cover if so you will need a paper clip.
The following advice is general to Blackberry's and will help clear the memory and reset issues - These are both the soft and hard reset.
You can do a soft reset using Left Alt, Right Shift and Delete - Hold down keys simultaneously for a couple of seconds.
If that doesn't work - Try power down, remove the battery for a minute or so, re-insert battery and then power back on.
Let me know how you get on with the above - If they don't work - Can you also clarify which model no as I have given you generic advice for both models...

what you need to do now is take the phone to a mobile service center and have the mainboard fix or flashed....jun error means that the unit is going bad.
money_kohil - after the passowrd was enter incorrectly 10x then take the will blank and reset to its default and clear al saved data.....if it s not powering up after that then you will need to take the phone to a mobile service center.
