Question about Maytag MFD2560HES Bottom Freezer French Door Refrigerator
My refrigerator is warm(52 degrees) and the freezer is cold. The fan sounds like it is running in the back of the freezer, with frost along the back. Freezer setting is at 3 and refrigerator is at 5.....not sure what to look for.
I had the same problem. There was tons of ice build-up in the freezer back wall which prevented the cold air from flowing into the refrigerator section. I removed all the products from the freezer, and melted the ice - even took off the back panel (lots of ice back there). It solved the problem.

If frost in back wall of freezer it's not defrosting. This will keep cold air from getting to refig,. section. It may require a main board replacement. Or a defrost control replacement.
