The instruction at "0x77124b84" referenced memory could not be "read" Then another pop-up HP Image Viewer HP Image wiewerhas encountered a problem and needs to close...... I have mananged to scan intemittenly but stopping some of the HP services in task manager but does not work all the time can you help?
You almost certainly have a virus.. these problems are usually caused by 'rootkit' virus. .these are virus's that your standard virus S/W can't see..
Download 'Unhackme' (google it) and install it.. Unhackme will get the virus BEFORE Windows loads.. it needs to be trained.. so follow the simple instructions as it can't alwyas tell the difference between a legit file and a dud.. it will fix your problem and make your system go faster too!
