I think your graphic drivers are out of date so go the site of your system manufacture. Once there enter the model number of the system then request driver (usually found in the web site's "Support Section"). There you should be able to find all the drivers for your model
If this is helpless then It seems that your OS has registry problem so i will suggest you to get Intel software partner Reginout to fix all the registry issues which is causing this error message
Best of luck

I boot up my computer which has a ATi x1650 PRO AGP 512, everything turns on including my video card (the fan turns on) and I get a no video input on my moniter I am using VGA cables to connect the...

The problem can be a few things. You could have a faulty motherboard, graphics card or monitor. if your computer has an on board video, I'd remove the ATi card, and try booting with that. if you have a friend that is willing to help, use their computer to swap the video cards and monitor. your looking to see if each component is working on it's own.
I also suggest writing down every step you take, may seem like it's not needed, but it'll help you if you need to post more info.

Note: Having fans turn on is not an indication that a card is working, just that power is being applied. It can cause a lot of confusion by overlooking some thing.

My computer and monitor seem to be going but no display on monitor could this be my graphics card?

Yes is could be...Has it worked before? and is this a new issue all of a sudden? If you just installed it just check that you connected you screen to the card and that your card is in the right slot eg:Pci -Pci Express,Check that you have power on the card by light on the back of the card or that the fan is at least spinning. If its a new error your card might be faulty if so i suggest taking it back to the supplier you got it from...Let me know how it goes :-)

The game is not compatible with your graphics card

Well there is a possible solution but it is a little tiresome.

1) Install VirtualBox
2) Create a new virtual machine
3) Install your Operating System on the New Virtual Machine

This invalidates your license unless you have multiple licenses available to you - but I am sure if this works you will buy another license

4) VirtualBox will emulate a differnt Video Card... although it may still not be compatible and if it is compatible it may not be powerful enough to support the game anyway. -- but you never know and all this does is take a little time and costs you nothing

5) Install your game
6) Cross your fingers....

If this does not work - you will have to purchase a different Video Card - Go for an nVidia card - keep away from ATIs

Please remember to vote if this is of help to you!

Just wanted to know what do the red led lights mean on a ATi x1900 pci express 16bit vid card and how to fix. lights are located right behind the pci connector. Thanks

Most red lights can mean theres a earth problem like when you change gpu cooler and it hits metal to metal some where or there is no power hooked up to card if its needed as well some cards draw so much power you need a 12volt rail just for the card and a very good psu and is the card seated tightly make sure you earth your self by touching matel in pc like psu case when the power is off and unpluged and after you have tried to turn on with no power to drain any power from pc first be for touching gpu

Mazda 6 electrical problem

there is another fuse link in the system and you will need to find owners service manual for that car that has wiring diagram brake down

some places to look behind the radio itself, where all the wires connect or the juction point, it maybe near the switch area or near the area where the short curcuit accerd.

if you are a good troubleshooter is to have power going to the device and tie one end to power and use the other end to put on the end of the burt wire or short happend.

they have a tool is connect to the ppower and theye is a screwdriver type handle and in the handle of the device is a light and every time you touch a wire and it makes contact the come on when you find the short than the light will not come on and you found the short, than you run a new wire and it is fixed, the tool is under 10.00 dollars

Sapphire Radoen hd 2900xt m512 mb

Hi, Have you overclocked this card? if so inspect all the capacitors on it and see if any are leaking or bulging on top or bottom. If all appears well, then borrow another monitor and try that one. If that fails Check your RAM chips are seated properly.

If there is no change then the only answer is a faulty graphics card.
