Question about Apple iPhone Smartphone
I switched off my iphone and then tried switching it on but it just shows the initial screen with apple and then does not go to active screen, this keeps in happening, like it is trying to get on but is not able to, help
Try to get it into DFU mode to restore the firmware. To get it into that mode you hold menu and sleep/wake buttton together for 5sec, when it turns off keep holding the menu button, do all of that while the iPhone is connected to the computer. When it enters DFU mode the screen of the iphone will stay black but iTunes will detect the iPhone and you can restore it. After that it will boot again. There is an iphone repair guide website that shows you how to do the replacement yourself and a third party iphone repair company that can do it for you.
