Labels not printing properly

Zebra TLP 2844 prints fine at workstation (local printer) but when trying to print from Server via shared Zebra the barcode does not print and the formatting is screwed. Tried to move Zebra to the server directly (local) and still has problem....please help!

El problema es que la impresora tiene diferentes parametros de impresion, de oscuridad o velocidad. Ajustalos para que sean iguales en el print server como en workstation. The problem is that the printer has different printing parameters, or speed or darkness. Adjust to be equal in the print server as workstation.
