i just got a brand new sansa clip. i tried to delete one song from a playlist and it froze and it wont respond to anything. it wont even turn off. what happend?

I am having a similar problem. I just bought a sansa clip and I plugged it up to my computer to charge and it did that. But when it came to syncing music it froze. Can we please have a solution to this problem.

ApprenticeSansa Clip Player has some problem. I tried 4 sansa clip players (I purchased at Best Buy for Thanksgiving), and none of them work. Dont even try to exchange them, just return them back.

I just had the same problem, and after a call to Sansa, it's fixed. Here's what I did:
1. Hold the Power Off/On position for about 20 seconds.
2. It should turn off.
3. Then go to the main menu, and choose "Settings"
4. Scroll down and choose "Format," then "Yes." This will clear off all songs/playlists, but you should be go to go from there.
