Is that a suprise to you? Well, its done for. probably noting you can do about it, take it apart and dry it completely or buy a new one.

I loaded the washer and turned it on, no water was coming out and the machine went into agitate. The machine does not allow water in, but starts agitating immediately. What's wrong? Thank you.

It sounds like whatever the machine uses to sense the water level is stuck. This would make the machine think it is already full of water. I do not know enough about your machine to help any further. Maybe if you bounce each corner of the machine a few times you can free it up.

Washer Control Locked blinking and won't washer won't work

Water still in the bottom of the drum. Empty, clean filter and check pump is turning. Once pressure switch is satisfied no water is left it'll allow the door to open, assuming the door interlock is still ok.

Washer went to a spin cycle and would not spin! Has a tank full of water and only hummms: Will not do anything in any cycle? Water pump or something else? WTW5300

I have had a similar problem . It turned out t be an obstruction in the pump. If your gonna get down and dirty with this machine i suggest testing the motor while your there. If that's fine ? Go ahead and check the pump.
