Either something got spilled on the keyboard, its malfunctioning on its own, or the cable to the keyboard is loose on the end where it connects to the motherboard.

Try reseating the keyboard cable to the motherboard. Do this with the laptop turned off.

Try to forcely shutdown your machine. Hold the power button 5sec to shut it down, then boot up machine normally.

This happen sometimes when some of the application you are using hang up.

Not sure, but try loading Safe Mode by pressing F8 during boot and lowering screen resolution. In Safe Mode you can even run System Restore. It load to a previous date that you choose.

When i am typing my cursor some times jumps to another line and some parts of my typing was deleted and i have to back again. it is nervous problem for me.

That happens when your hands or thumb are too close to the cursor pad. Due to your cursors pad high sensitivity will cause your pointer to move or delete entire paragraphs. To fix this problem by a mini-mouse connect it to your laptop and disable your cursor pad usually there is a button near by to disable it on most Dell and HP laptops.

I have an hp mini 210 netbook....it will not boot up...when I turn it on it goes straight to a black screen with a flashing c cursor....i try to ctr alt del to no avail....it will go to the startup...

when the cursor comes up type windows and hit enter. if it stays at the cursor type dir then enter and look to see whats in the directory of your pc. you can try using some of the help keys there to see if you can get back to windows. if nothing happens the you will need to reinstall windows.

I am having a problem when I type and the cursor moving

This happens when your hands get to close to the palmrest and your wrists are actually causing the cursor to jump to another spot. Go to the control panel > mouse> settings > highlight the touchpad listed and select the settings button. Look through the entries and there is a setting for palmrest sensitivity. Turn down the sensitivity so your hands and wrists don't trigger a cursor movement. The hardware and drivers are fine, this is a setting adjustment.
