when you are going to "Save as..." you choose PDF (obviously =)
then you select your destination and hit okay.

The next window shows you the options for the pdf.
Top asks you how to compress the images and stuff.

at the bottom its about the typefaces. You can either include the type or use vectors as text.
You will want to do the first. This includes the font(s) you used in the PDF. If the Newspaper doesnt have it, the get it with your PDF.

I hope this was what you needed =)

How to put embeded videos on websites

An "embedded" video means it is part of a Web page display rather than just a hyperlink that visitors click on to load the media in another window.

This is an ideal setup if you don't want viewers to leave your website to benefit from the video.
By using a few lines of HyperText Markup Language (HTML), you can embed a video from a sharing site like You Tube or insert your own file onto your website.

Click on the desired video image and copy the code found in the "Embed" section.
(If you do not see an "Embed" area, it means that the video maker does not want the file to be redistributed. You'll need to find another video).

Launch the HTML text editor and open the website page(s) where you want to embed the video. Navigate to your code window, position your cursor in the area where you want to add the movie and paste in the code.

Preview the page to make sure the video displays correctly.
Save the file.

Place the file on your Web host.

Embed Your Own Video

Place your video file, such as Windows Media Video (WMV), on your Web host in the same directory that houses your website files.

Make a note of the location so you can properly insert it on your page.
Launch the HTML text editor, open the desired website page and position your cursor in the code window where you want the video to display.

Enter the HTML "<embed>" code and specify a "type" that identifies what kind of video you have and a "src" that names the address of the file from step one. For example, the code to enter a Flash movie would look like this: < embed type="application/x-shockwave-flash" src="" />

Preview the page to make sure the video displays correctly and then save your document.

Add the document to your Web host.
Embed a Video With HTML on My Website

Embedding video into your website with HTML allows your viewers, readers, or customers to watch a video without downloading it first.

A user could simultaneously read your copy while listening to or watching the embedded video. You can embed a video with HTML using Notepad or your preferred web editor.

Click "Start" and type "notepad" and then press "Enter."
Click "File," and then "Open."

Click the "File Type" drop-down menu and select "All Files and Folders" from the list of options. Locate your HTML file you want to embed the video into, select it and click "Open."

Scroll to the point where you want to embed the video.
Type the following in to the empty space:

<embed src="" autostart="false" />
Replace "" with the address of your video and "yourvideo.mpg" with the file name and extension of your video that you want to embed.

Change "false" to "true" if you want the video to automatically begin.
Close Notepad, and click "Save" when prompted. Upload the HTML page and you will have embedded video into the HTML of the site.

How to post vidios ?

Posting a video from YouTubeIf you've got your own videos on your computer that you want to share on your blog, Blogger now allows you to upload videos directly! If you'd like to share a video from YouTube, you can do that, too.
Embedding a YouTube VideoTo embed a video from YouTube, just follow these simple steps:
  1. Click on the "Share" button underneath the YouTube video.
  2. Select "Show more," and then click on the Blogger icon.
  3. Depending on whether or not you're signed in to your blog, you might have to enter in your username and password in the new window that pops up.
  4. At the top of the new window, choose the blog you would like to post to from the drop-down menu.
  5. Publish your post!

Embedding manuallyAlternatively, you can copy the embed code and paste it into your blog. Just click on "Share" and then on "Embed" to find the embed code. Copy the code, then paste it into your blog while on the "Edit HTML" tab (as opposed to the "Compose" tab).

Open type fonts are the new font type to use. try and enjoy. as for the creating a proper print file without text reflow and a open type doesnot fix the problem. Your rip for the proofer might need the font loaded locally for proofing. or when you send make sure the option to send fonts for each page selected.
