Problem solved....just to clarify. Dont go to the clock settings. I did this and changed the time at it was still wrong. You have to go to the SETUP icon. Then to SET UP WIZARD. You then click on DATE AND TIME and set it there. Click finish and it will be fixed.

Time on phone keeps changing and doesn't stay when I put the correct tome in...which I shouldn't to do right....its suppose to be automatic but its constantly giving me the wrong time...help please

Your secondary battery located inside your unit which is for correct time display maybe drained. I have the same problem with my phone. After I had it replaced by a technician, my phone clock display is now working nomal. Another option if you don't want your secondary battery replaced is setting your phone to automatically detect your network's time. Go to settings, look for time and date settings and locate the automatically update time or something like that. Everytime you turn on your phone, it should automatically detect and display a correct time.

Changing the time on a Partner system is done on either ext 10 or 11. At one of those ext's press the feature key and "00"
next press the left hand intercom twice
the display should say system programming
enter in "#103"
the display should say system time and the current programmed time
enter the new time in 24 hour format
press feature "00" to logout

Display clock

These phones are part of a phone system. The time is set in the control unit and not in the phone. A system administrator (or whoever does the programming in your office) needs to set the time through one of the phones designated for system programming.
