Question about RCA OPAL M4001 MP3 Player
I downloaded the rca easyrip software and it wont let me install and setup the program it keeps saying.you must have a supported rca digital media player connected to complete the rca easyrip installation. whats wrong Yeah! that happens with me too! For everytime I look up on google search and then when I see a good site that has the easyrip software I download it then it just won't let me download it for some stupid reason.I have windows vista and I did have it on my desktop once before. Now I don't have it & I need it back on for my Mp3 player. So that way I can be able to download music to my mp3 player.I do have a USB plug-in on my computer and I have it plugged in now.I don't know what else to do now.
I know that sometimes certain USB ports don't give the information that the installer is looking for. Try a different USB port on the PC and see if that works. Make sure you have the latest version of easyRip from:
(AND make sure the device is in MSC mode)
