Question about Samsung SCH-R400 Cellular Phone
I have Metro PCS. This phone is a used phone. When I re-activated it over the phone, they did not completely activate it into my account. Everytime I sent a pic message, the sender's phone number would be the previous owner of the phone. I was fiddling with it last night. Thought switching NAMs would fix the prob. Well it re-started my phone. And now there's a lock code on it and I don't have the code. Samsung's support is not open on weekends I forgot the sercurity code for my phone and I've been without a phone for a few days. its there a way to unlock it w/out sending it in to samsung for them to flash it? i really dont wanna lose the info in the phone.
Call your service company (i.e. sprint tmobile, altell.) they can provide you with a code or they might be able to get you a whole new phone... tmobile has done both for me….

The code should be 1121 that worked for me when i did that

Well I work at a Metro and I know I'm late but if you still haven't solved your problem try: 0000, 1234, or the last four digits of your phone number. Hope It works!! (i know how stressfull it can be) <3, Rox
