SOUNDS LIKE A POWER SUPPLY ISSUE, BUT JUST TO MAKE SURE REMOVE THE BACK PANEL OF THE TV BUT DO NOT TOUCH ANYTHING, NOTHING AT ALL, GET A CAN OF COMPRESSED AIR FROM WAL-MART OR A COMPUTER STORE BLOW IT ALL OUT FROM ABOUT A FOOT AWAY, CAREFULLY PUT THE PANEL BACK ON, IF IT STILL CONTINUES TO DO THAT TAKE IT TO A REPAIR SHOP AND TELL THEM YOU NEED TO HAVE A NEW POWER SUPPLY PUT IN, BECAUSE THATS THE ISSUE, IM A REPAIR TECH SO TRUST ME HERE
