Disable internet card

If you have a autorun.inf virus on your memory card/USB stick the anti virus software on your PC may not allow access in order to stop it from spreading.

First you need to disable autorun feature on Windows operating system :

After disabling the feature you will have access to your memory card/USB stick. The next step is to delete autorun.inf virus file hidden on your memory card/USB stick. But first you need to make the hidden virus file visible.

Now navigate to your memory card/USB stick you should see the autorun.inf file - DELETE IT.

(If it doesnt allow you to delete it - restart the PC in safe mode by pressing F8 on start up and choosing safe mode and try again)

Back up your files on the memory stick/USB stick to your PC and to make sure the virus is gone from the memory stick/USB format it using your PC.

Dont to forget re-hide your system files to prevent accidental deletion.

The phone has errors in the software. So to reset remove the battery and the memory card from the phone. This will disable the internet. Using your PC , scan the memory card for any corrupt files or media files with virus- it is possible when they are downloaded from unsafe sites. If so remove or format the card. Now replace the card and battery and switch on the phone. If the phone hangs up then it is confirmed that the software is corrupt and will need a reinstallation. Seeking help from the authorized service /support centre is most ideal. Take estimate and decide.

TRY SMART VIRUS REMOVER 1.5 FROM http://www.technize.com/smart-virus-remover-1-50-with-autorun-inf-disable-functionality

Remove any previously installed Spyware programs / download Malwarebytes Anti malware update off internet / disable Antivirus program and install.

Go to safe mode and access Malwarebytes / run through and remove all offending programs. Run a couple of times. Then reboot and run in windows.

1) Open internet explorer -> Tools-> Internet options ->General -> Browsing History -> Delete -> Check all boxes -> Delete. (IE 8, The process is quite similar in other browsers as well)

2)For XP
Start-> Run-> type temp-> Ok-> Select all-> (Shift +Delete)

For vista
Start-> Start Search-> type temp-> Ok-> Select all-> (Shift +Delete)

3) For XP
Start-> Run -> type %temp%-> Ok-> Select all -> (shift+delete)

For Vista
Start-> Start Search-> type %temp%-> Ok-> Select all-> (Shift +Delete)

4) Turn off laptop, Remove battery , Remove AC adapter, Press power button for 2 minutes. Put both back on. Turn on laptop.

5) Run virus scan and check for malware and other virus related issues. If anything is found delete the infected files.

Go to Control Panel-> Add and remove programs-> Remove all unnecessary softwares

For Vista
Go to Control Panel-> programs-> Installed Progams->Remove all unnecessary softwares

Run-> msconfig-> Startup->Disable all

For Vista
Start search -> msconfig -> Startup -> Disable all

Check for the system RAM. If your laptop has 2 memory cards installed. One might have failed. So try to remove it and fix it back again and check

Try Trojan Remover, http://www.simplysup.com/ Alot of times virus scanners will pick up autorun.ini files on a memory cards and assume them to be a virus. If Trojan Remover doesn't find anything, then its probably nothing. AVG, NOD32, and Avast are known for false alarms
