Question about HP Office Equipment & Supplies
My HP C6280 has worked fine forever, until today. It is wired to my router, but laptops are wireless. I can ping the printer. It does diagnostics, but it won't print. It's status is "off-line". I don't know how it got that way, but I don't know how to get it "on-line". Any help would be appreciated. Tom
I've never seen windows do what you're describing. Delete the printer and re-install the software. First write down the IP address of the printer.
