Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
I have a HP J6480 All in One and I have had problems with this since day one- now I can't scan or fax the printer says No Scan Option when I hit the button to scan. Have any ideals?
HAVE YOU TRIED UN-INSTALLING ALL THE RELATED SOFTWARE AND RE-INSTALLING FROM SCRATCH ? DO YOU HAVE MORE THAN ONE PRINTER ATTACHED TO THE SYSTEM ? AND IF SO IS YOUR HP THE DEFAULT PRINTER ? LET ME KNOW
