Question about Microsoft Flight Simulator X for Windows
I recently installed FSX into my brand new ASUS computer with Windows Vista. I also installed My Traffic X. About 30 minutes into my flight, the game shuts off. The message shows that a problem has been found and Microsoft Windows is looking for a solution, but never has one. Any ideas why that could be happening? I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times but always get the same results. Occasionally I can get an hour out of the game without it shutting down on me...
I had this Problem It seemed to fix it when I ran the game in Compatibility with Windows Xp SP2 and Ran as administrator
To do this Right Click the Icon
Got o Properties
go to Compatibility tab
Click the Box That says "run this program in Compatibility mode for:"
and Windows Xp Sp2, Should be automatically selected
And at the Bottom Under "Privilege Level"
click Run as an Admin
