Question about Minolta EP1083 CS/PRO Copier
Our copier(Minolta CS Pro 1080) began to print a dark wide strip on our copies. I think I removed the (drum?) wiped it down, and now it prints smeared!!! What can I do? do I need a new drum? The toner cartridge is brand new!
What did you wipe the drum off with???? That is why you have this problem. You may want to try recleaning the opc with a dry soft rag, also you may want to clean the drum blade... If that dose not solve your problem, you may need to replace the opc & blade... Have you tried to stop the copy before it gets to the fuser unit.. If so, are the marks there???
