I have a p168c. when i call out, the receiver can't hear me well.

When I make a phone call, I can hear the speaker clearly, but it's really really loud, so I'd like to be able to lower the volume, and the receiver has difficulty hearing me, they say it sounds like there's static in the background, or it sounds like I have the windows in the car rolled down. Is there a way to fix this?

Try lowering your in call volume the next time you are having a conversation with someone using the keys on the right side of the flip.

Vtech cordless phone. When I call out or receive a call the person on the other line cannot hear me but I can hear them clearly. What to do to fix the problem?

1. In settings try to turn up the volume.
2. Using a Q tip and some alcohol make sure the mouth speaker is clear.
3. Check with Telco to make sure the telephone line itself is working properly.

Speaker not working

Your explanation of the problem is not too clear.
If you receive a call and you cannot hear your caller but your caller can hear you, your speaker is bad and will need to be replaced buy phone technician.
If it is that you can hear your caller but they cannot hear you, then your mouth piece is bad and need to be replaced.
Because of the Miniature nature of the Cellphone circuit there is user serviceable part

I CANT HEAR THE CLEAR VOICE OF RECEIVED CALLER

Hello there,

There are two ways on how you can hear the caller. One is through the earpiece and one is through the phone's speaker.

Are you able to hear the caller but just not clear or with static sound? If yes, then you have a problem with the earpiece of your phone. You can test this by putting it to a speaker phone. If you can hear the caller clearly then you should have your earpiece check. Usually this problem is caused when the earpiece is often moisted or get wet. Try blowing a canned air on the earpiece.

Please let me know how this goes. Thank you for using FIxYa.
