Question about Canon imageRUNNER 3570 Copier

1 Answer

Repeated paperjam with 8"x11" paper. Stops in right side bottom drawer of machine. Initial jams had been partially copied yet recent pages pulled from the machine have been completely unaltered. I have shut off the machine several times yet it will not print anything on 8"x11" paper.

Error message to "Load Paper"

Push something thicker than a plain sheet of paper through. Cut a side of a manilla folder into a 8.5"x11" and let the printer try to grab it during a copy. After doing it's normal "grab the right side until it's skewed and stop", continue to try to push it through.

I have a Richo 2035 black and white copier. Recently the copier has begun to paper jam...and its done frequent every time i clear the jam..it runs for a while maybe 10 copies and jams again. What can i do?

Not surprising - it may need some service. It is 7-8 years old. There are a few areas that could be affecting output. Most likely you need to replace the rollers that pick the paper out of the tray (3/drawer) -especially if the problem occurs with 1 specific tray. Try using another tray to isolate the problem

How do you reset an H5-01 error code on Sharp Color MX2300 Copier.

Hello

Most error codes can be cleared by removing the paper jam and then rebooting the machine. When an error code occurs, make a note of the code and then follow the instructions on the control panel for clearing it.

Paper jams can be caused by a variety of issues in the copy machine, but jamming can commonly be caused by improperly loaded paper in the trays or dirty paper feed rollers.

If you get repeated paper jams, remove the paper from the trays and inspect the stack. Look for folded corners, especially on the bottom of the stack. Fan the paper thoroughly and then reload the stack into the tray. Check the paper guides to ensure they are not too tight or too loose. Both conditions can cause paper jams.

If you can see the paper transport rollers by opening the ordinary access covers and panels inside the machine, cleaning them might help reduce paper jams. Shut the machine off and unplug it, then take a soft, lint-free cloth dampened with water and wipe those rollers off. A buildup of toner and paper dust can cause them to slip while transporting the paper.

Epson R320 "General Error" message - unable to clear

If you are getting a 'carriage jam' error as soon as you turn on your Epson printer with no tasks in progress, then check for any piece of paper stuck in the carriage. Remove the paper carefully. If the paper tears, part of it might remain inside the paper path and damage the product.

Fix 'Carriage Jam' : Open Door, clear carriage jam,
and then press OK to continue' error message
Turn off the printer and open it to see where the paper is stuck.
Manually move the carriage toward the opposite side.
Check the paper path and remove any piece of paper or any other object that is stuck in the path.
Reconnect the power cord and turn on the printer.

Pick up wheels can be full of dust due the time storage.Keep on trying to make copies, the paper will clean the rollers every time it try to feed.
