Braun cleaner for shaver

We lost the user's manual so we dont know how to set up the cleaner for the Braun 5 series shaver. Would someone please walk me through the steps to set it up?

    my braun series 5 shaver base keeps runningand the cleaning light won't come on. can this unit be fixed?
