The temp is at 99/FR24SL Emerson wine cooler

The temp is at 99 and won't reset. The filter is clean and this has not happened before. I've unplugged the unit and tried to plug in again, but this isn't working.

The flashing signals that the thermoelectric element - the on that does the cooling - is no longer operational or the wiring between it and the control board has failed. To find out which you must open the cover on the control board and test them with a ohmmeter. Since the replacement parts are very hard to obtain by an regular person it would be better to take it to a repair shop.

I have the MCWC45A wine cooler and it does not cool down I can hear it "running" but the inside temp is about 62...I tried turning it off and unplugging it then restarting it and ajdusting the temp.

Clean the filter in the back of the unit, my did this too.

What is the lowest temp that the cooler has.

If you got this new, You should have a manual with the hi-est and lowest temp setting in it...If you do not have the manual than you can Google the same question on google search and get a manual,or a forum where they talk about this model.

My 18 bottle wine cooler is less than a year old and the fan stopped working. The lights still work, but the temp is now 74.

Without the fan it won't pass the proper airflow accross the coil, the fan needs to be replaced.

Vinotemp 2 zone wine cooler flashes "Lo" on numeric display for lower compartment - will not hold temperature requested. Temp in upper compartment will not go below 67 even though it is set for 51. Room...

Not sure, but did you clean the filter in the back? Ours has that, and the temp starts creeping up every few weeks until I clean it. But we've never been able to get it below 58 or so, and in the last year, not below 60. I think that's just the nature of this type of cooling. Our house is also at 80. But, can keep it at 60 with the above cleaning.
