Power light indicator does not come on. put in new batteries but nothing. The mouse light up fine. Is there a off/on button i'm missing. No pointer present on monitor. Help.Plugged the two plugs into correct inlets. New batteries, No manual.
Wireless keyboards and mice have a "sync" button you can push to make sure that the peripherals and the receiving station are all on the same channel. On your receiver (the one you plug into the computer) you will see a button. Pressing this should cause the lights on it to blink. When this happens press the button located on the bottom of the mouse (usually very small and recessed - try using a pen tip). The lights should stop flashing and the mouse will be on the correct channel and should work. Repeat the process with the keyboard if that does not work as well.
