I don't looking for setting the Jumper 3 (J3) in a motherboard PCCHIPS M812LMR for a AMD K7 with chipset SiS730S to fix my CMOS Setup.

I have an old pc chips M575 motherboard that also uses the J3 ATX Form
card. I can only assume the pinouts are the same so here they are from
the manual.
Pins 1-4 and 10- 13 are USB connectors
