Colorful spot on screen and line running up from it.

There is a spot of blue, with some pink and black on the screen. Now there is about an inch and a half pink line running up from it. I don't know what caused this. How do we fix it?

Most likely, you need to contact your manufacturer for this but you can try unplugging the monitor cable from the back of your monitor and plugging it back in. Do the same thing at the back of your computer, this should be the cable with a blue end on it. You can also try replacing the video cable. If its still the same thing, seek a repairman for the monitor.

Hard Start - How do I wire the black power wires to a RCO810 3 'N 1 on my LG refrigerator.

you cannot bypass the start capacitor as it is vital to start the compressor
talk with an electrician the pink is the active (120v full time ) the blue is the neutral as it is the return wire and the black should be from the capacitor to the compressor (120v)
It is best advice to talk with an electrician before you do real damage to someone.

I have colorful horizontal lines running through my imac

Colorful lines usually represent video problems. You will need to take your iMac to an Apple certified repair store to have it fixed. It's an advanced job that can only be done with the help of special equipment.
Good luck.

Toshiba L675D, black spots

Your screen is shot or partially disconnected. A lot of laptops have the vid card to lcd connect in bracket that connects the screen to the keyboard. I have fixed many by siimply taking it apart and reconnecting the clip but the spots dont sound good. Ebay to buy one or Cl to dump it as a fixer. Either way its a waste of money to have someone fix it for you unless you do it yourself.

Hi my monitor has bright colours on it and i cant make out what im doin its really bright and hurts my eyes

Turn off the pc but leave the monitor on. unhook the monitor from the pc. the screen SHOULD run a "self test" with a moving white green red blue box. if that box is on a bare black screen and there are no bright spots or cracks or anything weird looking, then the screen itself is ok. If however, you see odd shades of blue and pink and it looks cracked or scratched or has lines in it, then it is time to replace that screen.

Tv screen goes off until you unplug and replug in

That's a video card error. Pulling the plug resets the card, but a firmware or chip problem is reoccurring. It needs a professional service call.

Nano VS. Mini

the "Clickwheel" (which places pressure sensitive navigation buttons underneath the scroll wheel) introduced with the iPod mini, but the similarities between the iPod mini and iPod nano end with the "Clickwheel". The iPod mini shipped in a colorful "ultra-portable (3.6 inch tall, 2.0 inch wide, 0.5 inch thick) lightweight anodized aluminum" case available in five stylish colors--silver, gold, pink, blue and green (four colors from February 23, 2005 to September 7, 2005 with gold no longer offered), each with a 1.67-inch "white backlit" monochrome LCD display. The iPod mini has either 4.0 GB or 6.0 GB hard drives to hold approximately 1,000 or 1,500 songs (encoded at 128-bit), respectively. The iPod nano, on the other hand, ships in a "impossibly small" 3.5 inch tall, 1.6 inch wide, and 0.27 inch thick "iBook white" or jet black and stainless steel case with a 1.5-inch "blue white backlit" 16-bit color LCD display. The iPod nano has either 2.0 GB or 4.0 GB of solid state Flash Memory and can hold approximately 500 or 1000 songs, respectively, in 128-Kbps AAC format and up to 25,000 "iPod nano-viewable" photographs
