Question about Winbook Corporation PowerSpec MCE 410 PC Desktop
This is for Winbook WinBest 233MMX
Replace the cmos battery. If it is more than 7 years old, it will most likely be weak or dead.
Remove the keyboard, ribbon cable from connector by pulling on the plastic tab, remove power connector then remove bottom screws and separate the case, pry the 3v battery off the welded ends, bend tabs so the new non-tabbed battery will be squeezing the new battery for contact, add a piece of electrical tape to secure it from sliding. Replace bottom and screws and then re-attach keyboard ribbon cable and 4 wire power connector. Re-boot and reset cmos ( CTRL-ALT-S ) on boot

Check your power adapter if it is still working. Try taking out the battery and plugin the power adapter and see if its gonna turn on.
