Question about Brother MFC-8440 All-In-One Laser Printer
Kept on getting Document Jammed error (ADF). Already dismantled the ADF to look if there still paper in it. Tried to find the tiniest paper that might cause the problem but found nothing.
With the error, I cannot even use the flat bed scanner. What I did was to pull out the multi-pin connector to disable the ADF. Now my scanning is limited to flat bed.
I think my ADF have faulty sensors. Any idea which wire disconnect the wire that trigger the "Document Jammed" error?
My printer is 15 month old. Very happy with it until this problem
Have you tried manually rotating the ADF wheel back and forth, sometimes the sensors are OK but the rotators lose grip.
