Whenever I make a call, the person on the receiving end cannot hear what I am sayin. I tried the *mute* with no luck. I also called customer service and could not understand three quarters of what he said; and I kept telling him this, to no avail. Any possible chance you may be able to help. The two steps I tried is the only thing I know to try. Everything else works fine.
