Problem for Canon PIXMA? MP600 All-In-One InkJet Printer

Canon MP630 error code 6502

The problem shows during the installation of a Canon Pixma MP630 printer. After removing the tapes etc, installing the printhead and ink cartridges the display shows above error code. powering off/on and retrying gives the same result. i could not find the error code in the manual. Any ideas?? thanks -- J.

Error 6502 is the ink tank position sensor error. Basically means the printer can't see the inks. Try reseating them. If this fails you need to send it back.
