Nikon D90 flashed CHR and next time using camera LCD was black/grey with stripes and no pics HELP!!!

The CRH error message means that the lock tab on your memory card is in the locked position. The purpose for the lock switch is to allow you to set your SD card so that you cannot accidently erase your valuable pictures. Remove your SD flash memory card from the camera and hold it in your hand with the label toward you and the angled corner to the upper right. Look on the left edge of the card and you will see a very small slider switch. Make sure the switch is in the fully up position then reinsert it in the D90. If the camera is not generating a false error, your camera should work correctly.

I got and fEE... and figuered out it means error!!

This might be a long shot, but on the lens section of the guide shown below, it notes ,,,,

Non-G lenses will have an aperture ring on the base of the lens where it's attached to the camera. Set this this ring to the smallest aperture (largest number), usually in orange and 16, 22 or 32. There usually is a lock to keep this ring set there, since if it comes off that setting you'll get an error message (fEE) from most cameras.

Have the Nikon D90 camera and it does not allow me to take pictures when ever I want. It is in full auto mode and just does not want to take the picture even in bright day light. The F keeps on blinking in...

The blinking F-- means that the camera doesn't think a lens is attached. You can try removing the lens and re-attaching it. Or if you have another lens, try that. There are quite a few reports of this issue with the 18-135 kit lens.

Nikon D90 that does not want to shoot pictures

The camera may not be sensing that a lens is attached. Try removing the lens completely and then attaching it again securely.

During using D90 for son's b-day my camera kept freezing up and giving a code of r05 and another code once that I don't remember. Why and what does r05 mean? I even turned the camera off at times but it...

The r05 is not an error. It's simply telling you that the buffer has room for five more pics. It's only a problem when it gets to 0 and stays there.

As to the other error, I'm afraid I can't help you there.

Keep getting error when trying to take pics

I have had similar problmes, but it seems to be associated with me attaching the flash.. It seems that they happen randomly. I would recommend removing your lense and reinstalling it as it might be a contact issue. I haven't had it happen lately though.
