Question about IBM Wheelwriter 30 Typewriter
My typewriter (IBM Wheelwriter 5) has a new ribbon in it and advances perfectly - but I can't get it to print out the letters or numbers on paper - I changed print wheels and did everything I know how to do - it's like it's stuck on a stencil setting and it's driving me crazy. HELP!!! My ribbon is too low, how do I make the height adjustment higher?
Try typing on a mulipart form. If it types on the copies and not the orinonal the ribbon is the problem. If it dosen't type on the copies then the plastic cap on the print solenoid is broken.
We sell the cap with installation instructions for 20.00 includes shipping.
