I placed my Camera's card placed In Computer and all the colors went wild, removed Card, now everthing on my screen shows mixed colorsrd

I had something similar happen to ma about a year ago, I moved my tower a couple inches to reach for something that fell and then my screen was "colorful". Turned out that I just knocked my monitors cable out just enough that it was not working properly. I would first check to see if either end of the monitor cable has come loose from the computer tower or the monitor itself.
I have also had the colors go wild when I had a faulty video graphics card, but I would start with the cable first to make sure it is secure.

Balance monitor all color flushes and flashes with pic host link

Sounds like the lcd on your monitor is bad. This link shows how to replace one: The link shows a laptop, but it's pretty much the same as with your monitor. The hard part is finding a replacement lcd to put in there. My advice would be to buy a new monitor.

It would be the one that the monitor cable is attached to. You could try unplugging pc pop card out after taking out the one screw that holds it in place clean contacts with achohol and reseat there is a good chance that the card has malfunctioned but you should also see if you could take the monitor to a freinds house or another pc in the house see if you get dame results. That way at least you can count that out.

Hi! For dell machines when u unplug the video cable/VGA from the tower while the system is on it will show monitor self test.If you are seeing a black box moving around the screen it means that monitor is ok.Check connection between monitor and tower.Make sure cables are securely plugged in.Check if the tower is ok. There is a possibility that your monitor is ok but the tower is not.check the power button (whats the color) if amber/orange, this means there is something wrong the the tower. If its blue or white it means its ok.Also check if you are going to hear one beep, it means system is booting up properly. If tower is ok and you are using a expansion video card then try to use internal one, normally its the vga port above the usbs.If you are going to use onboard video card make sure you enable it first in bios.If all things fail, contact your manufacturer, if the system is under warranty then they will send a tech to check the machine.hope this helps...

Hello today I had an white vertical line in the center of my PC screen Gateway E2500s series would not shut down from the tower so IV turned it off with the surge and waited a few them turned it back on...

You mention in your post to branded laptops. You can try to check if the problem is from the LCD or from the Video card. Connect your laptop to an external monitor and check if the white vertical line appears, if yes replace motherboard if video card is integrated, if expansion then replace video card alone. If no lines from the external monitor then laptop LCD has the problem.

Moniter is only shows self test e173fpc

It sounds like your video card may be kaput. Can you try another monitor on it? If you use a monitor that you know works, and it does the same thing - then your video card has failed.

Alternately, you can try a different card and the same monitor.

Monitor or pcu problem

It appears that your graphics card is defective. If the monitor works on your laptop and reinserting the graphics card did not help, I would suspect the card itself.
