Question about Canon FaxPhone L75 Plain Paper Laser
This FAXPhone had a jam and pulled the sheet and then lost a "spring" (it did get out together with the sheet jammed).
We replaced (changed) the Cartridge (New) and in the Display appears the same message : Change the Cartridge and the red "Led" of Alarm is turn on.
Can you send me a Schematic Diagram to find where is the position of the "spring" or maybe you can tell me how "erase" the "alarm" o "error" in the FAXPhone
Thank you for your assistence

I'm not sure which spring you mean. From what you are saying, it could be one of the springs that keeps the drum cover closed on the cartridge itself. In this case it's probably that you are using a cheap re-filled cartridge that hasn't been assembled correctly. The cover is designed with a piece that actuates the sensor which tells the machine that a cartridge is present. My suspicions are that this sensor has become misaligned and needs to be replaced. Keep looking and you will find it. Any drawings Canon provide won't show clearly enough to work with.
