Need printout verifying fax going through

Press MENU - 2 4 1 then you can choose to have that feature ON or OFF. the +Image means that it will also print a copy of the first page sent so you can actually verify the document sent.

You can mostly, go into the user fax settings and have the fax print a transactoin report for each fax sent. The default setting is to only print a report when a fax is not set... You may have to do some botton pushing... Good Luck...

In a case like yhis your best bet would be go to the manufacturer on line or call them, with model and serial numbers and you should be able to get manual. Also if you explain that manual was missing when purchased they may send it to you free.

Try these user guides, but I don't think that the fax is capable of storing each fax that it sends. If you need a copy of said document, you might have the person fax it back to you. Hope this info helps.

Page 81 has everything about faxing.

At the end of the each day,press funcktion and then report,select activity report and press "ok"
This is the only way the activaty report can be printed at a spesific time.If you switch the report on in the report settings it will only print when the memory is near full.The other way is to switch TX report to on in report settings,but the you will get a report after every fax that you sent.

No not unless you have a hard copy printout which includes the date required.

The fax history automatically deletes after a certain point after which the memory space is cleared to make room for later entries.
