It appears your Snagit installation is either corrupt or something was deleted from the directory.
did you look in the snag it directory for the sqlce dll files.
You may need to install it again.
if you used a crack file on this program that could also cause an error like that.

I would suggest uninstalling the program and install it again.

I want the license key for 'snagit v10.0.0.788, coz im using the trial version. how can i get a free license key?

There is no license since its a 30 day trial only. If you have passed the 30 day period either purchase the software or remove the software, delete the directory in c:\program files and re-download the application.

I having problem with after I snag an image,

Open the snagit editor from the programs list.

The editor keeps the last few captures by default unless it was turned off in the options.

From the editor you should be able to see the image again.

Also check what file associations you may have set for additional programs and if you have set it just to copy the image to the clipboard. (a mistake I have made on occasion)

Hope this gives you the information you need but if you require additional help feel free to add any more information you may have, Operating system, browser etc.

Windows will not start, the error message is: Error in the software, load needed DLLs for Kernel

I really suspect this is a hardware problem -- such as a failed motherboard or ram -- but you might want to try reloading the operating system if you have a Windows CD with the current version.

Dll error

This is an operating system error. You will need to run a system repair or reload with your recovery or operating system disc. Start with a repair, if the repair doesn't fix it, then reformat and reinstall the operating system. If you have any issues or problems during the format or reload, then your hard drive has failed and will need to be replaced.

Dlls for kernel

Error Message:
Load needed DLLs for Kernel Translation:
Important Windows XP program files are missing or damaged.
Solution:
This error is confusing for several reasons. First, many users may not understand that the kernel is the main program file in WinXP, the heart of the operating system. Second, the term “load needed DLLs” is just ambiguous enough that you might not know how serious the error really is. Unfortunately, this problem cannot be corrected by just rebuilding the system Registry or restoring files from the WinXP installation CD. You’ll need to perform an “in-place install” of the operating system, which will destroy most of your settings such as Internet Favorites and all of your applications. The good news: An in-place install will usually not overwrite files in your My Documents folder and will keep other files located in other directories (as long as they are not operating-system-related). To perform an in-place upgrade, you’ll need to boot from the WinXP CD, which might require that you enter the BIOS (Basic Input/Output System) of your computer and enable the Boot From CD option. Then, when the install starts up, select the Install WinXP option and follow the remaining instructions.
