Ensure you have an active internet connection either thru wifi or mobile data. If your phone's internet connection is working fine, I suggest you perform a factory reset on your phone. Its available via Settings -> Backup and Reset. Be sure to backup all you important data (contacts, photos, videos, messages) before performing a factory reset.

I think during the reset process...you would have lost the internet settings in your device.Gothrough the user manual or get aid from the customer care and reset the internet settings.Once you do this probably you will get the internet connection.You can even use speed checking sites like Scanmyspeed.com to get the current speed of your network.

if your phone is android based the you have option of resetting the pattern by sending the pin through gmail or registered mail account(possible only when mobile had internet configured and connected before you lost the pattern) other wise solution is to get the help of service center where they can crack the patttern of format the phone by flashing the software( there is always risk of loosing the data)

First solution is to use Google account associated with mobile.You need to log in into your Google account and then you can disable or change the pattern lock.Internet (mobile data) on your mobile should be working otherwise you need access to WiFi to do that.If your mobile is not connecting with internet then you have to go for second solution.

Too Many Pattern Attempts
If WiFi or mobile data is Off on your mobile then you can't authenticate online to unlock your device.You can enable WiFi as well as mobile data by connecting your mobile with Android Debug Bridge (ADB). This method requires USB Debugging feature enabled which is under 'Developer options' of your device.
Second solution to overcome "Too Many Pattern Attempts" problem is to format the mobile device.You need to make hard reset of your mobile to overcome pattern lock problem.For most of the Android devices ,you can hard reset the device by pressing POWER + VOLUME + HOME button simultaneously.Please remember that all your data (images ,music files , videos and contacts saved in mobile ) will lost during hard reset and your phone will be restored to factory setting.

Third solution is to use desktop app.You need to know username and password of Google account associated with your mobile device.Name of the app is Screen Lock Bypass Pro. You can download it in Google store.Install this app on your device and you can bypass the pattern lock.

I think enabling internet in your China mobile you have activate the GPRS and I think currently Airtel is best for GPRS connection I also use this same internet connection think you also use same GPRS connection, use following steps for activating GPRS
Use following steps:
• Go to "services" -> Data Account -> GPRS.
• Select empty account
• Then edit the account as following.
Open MOBILE OFFICE - Account Name - APN - type airtelgprs.com
o user name
o Password
o Auth. Type

This is a mobile phone version of the normal Internet on your PC at home or work. Many of the same websites are available on mobile phones, but are designed specifically for the smaller screens. To select your preferred mobile Internet account:

• From the Menu screen, highlight WebAccess and click Select
• Scroll down to Web Sessions and click Select
• Scroll down the list to select the mobile Internet service you want – e.g. O2 Post Pay, Orange GPRS WAP, T-Mobile, Virgin or Vodafone
• Press Options and select Set Default.
• Press Exit and then scroll up to Browser.The web browser will automatically open, connecting you to your operator’s mobile Internet site.
• Now, when you select WebAccess on the standby screen, then select Browser, you will automatically connect to the mobile Internet.

Alternatively, you can create your own account to connect to your operator’s mobile Internet service. To do this you must first get the settings from your mobile operator (They can be found on mobile operators’ websites), then:

Please reload your account balance to avail internet service. Ask for requirement to avail internet from your network or service provider.

Try going to http://Helpme.att.net your support site or try calling your Internet provided and asked them to create a new username and password for your wireless connection.

If your asking for the username and password that you set in the modem configuration page more likely you are going to reset it and call your Internet service provider for the default username and password for your 2wire modem configuration page.

I am not able to get GPRS connection in my China mobile after making following setting also

first click SERVICES icon in main menu==>DATA ACCOUNT==>GPRS==>EDIT any existing account==>

Account Name--> MO

APN-->airtelgprs.com

Auth. Type-->Normal

save all the settings.


Come back to SERVICES==>WAP==>SETTINGS==>EDIT PROFILE==>EDIT any existing account==>

Rename Profile==> Mobile Office

Homepage==>Google

data account==> MO (which we created previously)

Connection Type==>

Here u find three option

a) Connection-oriented

b) Connectionless

c) HTTP

choose a) Connection-oriented==>

IP Address==>202.056.231.117

Security==> off

Again save all the settings and click BACK button and choose "Activate Profile"

Come back to SERVICES==>WAP==>Homepage

and you r ready to use Mobile Office...
