Low Cooling from Samsung RT28 Frost Free Refrigerator

While shifting the refrigerator i tilted it backwards a bit. This caused some liquid to spill. I ignored it thinking its water. But after the cooling has come down drastically. I inspected the back of the refrigerator and i fount a tub to the right of the compressor which has some liquid.

Is the liquid in the tub water or some kind of coolant? Is the low cooling a result of this spilling of the liquid? How do I get it fixed?

After switching the refrigerator off for sometime, is it natural for it to take time to heat up(start cooling with good efficiency). What cud have gone wrong because of which the cooling is low after the shifting of the Refrigerator. I have moved the refrigerator to my new apartment and carried it in a truck.

i had kept it running for almost 6-8hrs. Its 285ltr

Just water, tray is for defrost only nothing else happens with tray. make sure it is in right area to catch water (should see tube sticking out about inch or two) also look inside under crisper trays for drain hole to see if stopped up from moveing fridge, use straw or something small to push in to check ( it's just a drain) also make sure unit is clean under and on back, no dust bunnies ( use vacuum to clean)

If it's the oil then definitely the cooling will decrease.Just pour some of the liquid in a half of a mug of water n when u see oil floating then U'll need to refill the Refrigerator's gas[Gas Charging] again. When there's a leakage in the pipes near the compressor then the gas makes the oil come out.Touch the pipes connected to the Compressor n see if there's an oil leakage. If there is... u'll be needing a Fridge Mechanic.

For that longer period even a 500 ltrs. refrigerator would be in its full swing. Now u can check if your fridge is still working the way it used to.I think u got my point.

FREEZER COOLING OK BUT FRIDGE LOW COOLING

Remember that most all refrigerators only have cooling to the freezer... the refrigerator depends on stealing some of that cold to be cool, so here's my top 3 guesses...
Cause 1 The defrost heater is defective, so frost accumulates on the evaporator coils, and the coils will become plugged with frost causing the airflow through the coils to be restricted, and the refrigerator not to cool. Check the evaporator coils to determine if they are frosted over. If the evaporator coils are frosted over, test each component of the defrost system after clearing any restrictions to the cooling fan and defrosting with a hair dryer.
Cause 2
The evaporator fan motor draws cold air over the evaporator coils and circulates it throughout the freezer. If the evaporator fan is not working, the freezer or refrigerator will not cool adequately. To determine if the evaporator fan motor is defective, try turning the fan blade by hand. If the fan blade does not turn freely, bench test it for function and use a multimeter to test the motor windings for continuity. If the windings do not have continuity, (very odd) replace the evaporator fan motor.
Cause 3
Damper Control Assembly The air damper control opens and closes to let the proper amount of cold air into the refrigerator compartment. If the damper does not open properly, it won't let enough cold air into the refrigerator. Check the damper control to determine if it is broken or stuck closed or that an inadvertent bump has shut it off to the refrigerator compartment

Copper pipe in back of fridge frozen , fan is moving but feel no air blowing in fridge..or freezer...

That is called a " cap tube separation " . It can be caused by overlooking a defrost problem for too long . If the coils inside of the freezer frost up , that frost , will eventually work its way out thru the back toward the compressor . When it does this , the " low side ( suction ) " , receives liquid refrigerant , instead of gas . This liquid refrigerant , will destroy the compressor internal valves , causing it to loose the low side . ( Never charge a refrigerator low side with liquid , only gas . The high side can be charged with liquid . ) A cap tube separation , is when the pressurized ( causes heat ) cap tube , becomes separated from the low side ( suction ) tube , causing the suction tube to frost up , due to the cap tube no longer attached to it . When this happens for too long , the only repair , is to replace the compressor AND repair the separation , with wire ties , thermal putty sealant and aluminum tape .
I apologize for the technical explanation , but there is no other way to explain it .
