I found this but it probably will not be relevent to you model, but worth a punt.

    Setting the clock
Use these instructions to set the clock.
1 Touch Clock Adjustment on the system menu.
2 Touch On/Off to turn the clock display on.
3 Touch < or > to select the segment of
the clock display you wish to set.
Each time you touch < or > it will select one
    segment of the clock display:
As you select segments of the clock display
the segment selected will be highlighted.
4 Touch up or down to put a clock right.
! You can match the clock to a time signal by
    touching Just.
    — If 00 to 29, the minutes are rounded down.
    (e.g., 10:18 becomes 10:00.)
    — If 30 to 59, the minutes are rounded up.
    (e.g., 10:36 becomes 11:00.)
! Even when the sources are off, the clock display
    appears on the display.

Press and hold the 'Audio' button until the clock numbers blink then use the up and down buttons till you get the correct time.

Power off the radio, hold the F button and the menu will appear that will allow you to enter setup options.

    Hope this helps

How do i assign radio stations to the numeric buttons on my Pioneer 45Wx4 car radio?

Since you did not give a model number i can only give you a general idea. On most radios you press and hold the location number. The radio will usually beep or the display blink to acknowledge that it has memorized the station

I had the same problem with the "roay" dude. I did not have an "F" button. Try this...there is an "Audio" button to the top right of my display. Hold this button until the clock numbers blink. Use the up and down buttons till you get the time desired. This button will also allow you to change minutes. Thanks "scottcal" for getting me in the right direction.
