rmove a memory card and format in your computer,reflash phone and reset mannually after that format memory card in your phone and get afinish with that

first backup the phone data and then perform this format ( Data gets Deleted) *#7370# .... default code is 12345 .. After this restore the backup made ... this shud resolve the problem
