Question about Ricoh Aficio 1035 Copier
I have a problem with ricoh 1045.we replaced pressure roller.After replacing pressure and attemted to switch on a noise came and code 547 displayed.We suspected power supply and replaced the same after inspecting all the fuser section eliments.But the power supply failing agin with the same code. Any body help me solving this please
You can go to tech mode by pressing clear(yellow button) 1 ->0 ->7 then press and hold clear/stop button(red) then go to copier then select data logs the look for the reset sc/jam counter the shortcut is 7-807. select execute and restart the machine, if you dont find it look for in the copier then modes then look for sc code reset, the shortcut is 5-810, maybe it would be better if you solve first the noise issue, probably the assembly on the fuser unit is not properly done.

The SP547 code is a fuser code and has to be reset in the service mode, it will not go away by turning the machine off and on. Check The lamp connections and trermistor connections .

Zero cross signal malfunction
The applied power supply ac frequency
was detected at over 66Hz or below
45Hz, and the zero cross signals are
not detected within a certain period
within 500 ms after the main power
switch has been turned on.
Power supply board defective
Noise on the ac power line.
Try Changing the Power supply board.

Error code sc 547 means "Zero cross signal malfunction". This error appears due to a faulty power supply. This error code may also appear if the input board is defective or the BIC Unit is defective. Turn off the printer and unplug the printer for 30-40 minutes and check if the error still appears. If you see he error still appearing then try and rest it using the following reset method--
To reset the SC code by entering SP5810 and select 1.
Now hold down the photo mode key and the # key at the same time for at least 3 second.
Then turn the machine off and on again.
If the same issue still appears, you'll need to check and replace the Power supply or the Input (IOCC) boardt.
