You need to have child lock code! Maybe has factory default Look manual. Sometimes factory reset overides child lock. Not sure about your model though.

Possibly, you will need an original remote to disable or turn off this feature. And some child lock can be accessible through neither MENU of your tv or remote. Check CHILD LOCK option to remove it. If it is a screen lock type of CHILD LOCK feature of tv (a Blue Background display a LOCK icon) and your original remote is lost, try a universal remote for you to possibly unlock it. First make sure the video inputs are not locked using these instructions:
To set up the video lock:
1. Press MENU, then press or to display the LOCKS menu.
2. Press
or to display the password entering mode.
3. Use the Channel Number buttons (0-9) to enter your password,
then press ENTER. The LOCKS menu appears.
4. Press
or to highlight VIDEO LOCK.
5. Press or to select:
• OFF: Unlocks all video input sources.

Then it appears that choosing Video 2 using the TV/VIDEO button should enable the front input.

your ram is bad.

There may be a child lock feature on your set but you would not get sound or picture. If you can not get a picture from the video input jacks and the set works fine other wise then this - sounds like a problem with the Video switching circuits inside your television. I would refer this type of repair to a qualified technician.
