Beings you DIDN'T give a YEAR (so I don't know if it's a carb or injection), I can only give generalizations.

Pinging in internal combustion engines occurs when air/fuel mixture in the cylinder has been ignited by the spark plug and the smooth burning is interrupted by the unburned mixture in the combustion chamber exploding before the flame front can reach it. The engineered combusting process ceases, because of the explosion, before the optimum moment for the four-stroke cycle. The resulting shockwave reverberates in the combustion chamber, creating a characteristic metallic "pinging" sound, and pressures increase catastrophically.

Some of the possible causes:

The hotter your engine is, the more likely your engine is to ping. The farther your timing is advanced, the more likely your engine is to ping. The higher your compression ratio is, the more likely your engine is to ping. The lower the octane of gas you use, the more likely your engine is to ping.

As far as the whining noise, does it sound like a chain noise?
Again, the causes/fix depend on what YEAR your bike is.

The most common cause of this is a tank full of old fuel or bad fuel. I have seen both even hear in the USA.

How do I stop the "pings" when I raise and lower the presser food on my Artista 200? I do not want any noise !!

I agree, it should not make noise. Does it ping when you are sewing or just when changeing presser foot?
Owner's manual? troublechecking section. When did you last lubricate as recommended?
If ping is only at the movement of the presser foot I suggest it needs a little oil. Otherwise, I have found the thread cutter device is catching on something and needs to be repositioned so it doesn't catch.

I have a problem with my infinity g37 S . when the car is used for a while it starts to make a loud noise near the engine this make me worried.

depending on the noise, you could have lower end noise on the motor, which could mean big issues, if the noise is on top of the motor, you may have a cam issue...or you could have put the wrong fuel in and the car is "pinging" due to incorrect octane usage

My networking has very high ping. How to lower my ping.

Hi there,

As far as I know, there is no way you can lower your ping from your end.
Try to contact your ISP and tell them to disable your "INTERLEAVING".
Most likely they would not do that even if you talk to their supervisor and manager.
But if you're persistent and you have a good reason why you want your ping lowered maybe they will grant your request.

Keep me posted.

What is the temperature setting for normal wine cooling?

It's between 55 and 65 degrees fahrenheit. If you're storing a lighter red wine, you'd want to keep it on the lower end (55 degrees). And for the darker (deep) red, you'd want to keep it on the higher end (65 degrees). All white wines should be on the lower end, and below. You can drop down to 50 degrees if you'd like. I hope this helps. Good Luck!

Noise in trans or in primary chain

It sounds like the primary drive chain is loose. The way I adjust mine is to take off the upper left inspection cover, start the bike and slowly tighten the adjuster until it starts to wine, then back off until it stops. Rev it slowly and listen for a wine. No wine good to go.

Danby Silhouette DWC513BLS lower back fan noise.

Called Danby customer service. Requested repleacement part of lower fan unit. Located at bottom right on back of unit. Part was $6.68 plus shipping. Less than $10 total. At my door in 3 days. Plug and play piece that was easy to change. A very cheap fix and I hate to think what a service call would have been. Danby ph # is 800-263-2629.,
