Question about Washing Machines
I Have a Fisher and Paykel Smart Drive9 washing machine that just won't turn on. There is nothing that appears loose on the motherboard and I have obviously checked that it is pluged into the wall. The motherboard was apparently replaced last year or so by someone who I now think I was a bit dodgy. Can anyone suggest something I can do to quickly fix this problem myself?
I have a Hotpoint WT960 and the screen has been flickering for about 2 months. Tried to switch it on this morning and nothing, just not even coming on now. I have changed fuse in plug and checked that power is getting into machine - which it is. Could it be the motherboard??

Check the fuse braker (box out side) The lid switch may be stuck with soap and etc stopping the plunger from operating properly. Lid and door switches stuck, see if not pushed in and release out when lid or door opens. Hope this may help you.
