Question about Toshiba Satellite M115-S1061 Notebook
When i click on yahoo messenger icon, i would get a message like "yahoo messenger has encountered a problem and needs to close. we are sorry for the inconvenience".. and then i get another message like (for 9.0 version) "yahoo messenger quit unexpectedly, so your plugs ins have not been reopened...double click each plug in's title bar to reopen it".. what should I do?
I suspected your yahoo messenger is not properly installed.
The first thing that you need to do is "uninstall" the current yahoo messenger you're using. (to uninsatll go to control panel, click yahoo messenger, click uninstall)
After uninstalling dowlonad the latest version of yahoo messenger.
